Prayer to start the Jericho Walk

Prayer to start the Jericho Walk around the Supreme Court

Pastor Sean Moon

Washington, DC, 12.12.2020

All the patriots have gathered here representing all the states of this republic to stand in solidarity with You, dear God, who have given us inalienable rights endowed to us by our Creator, our human rights, that are defended and protected by the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. We thank you for all the patriots and those who are courageous and brave who have come down and made the trip; stopped things in their lives to be down here at this very hour, when we are encountering tremendous obstacles and tremendous battles in the way.

But God, we know that You are leading the way towards Jericho, and You are leading this march. Dear God, we know that we are not fighting “against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Lord, anoint us this day with oil anointing and as the Psalm say, “Though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we will not fear evil: for thou art with us.” Lord, we give You the praise this day, and we pray that You be with each and every one of the patriots gathered here of all races, of all religions, of all creeds, that are here to stand up for Your Judeo-Christian principles and Your Judeo-Christian nation.

God, we ask You that You would allow us to stand in the gap with You, and not just sit in the pews, but we will pray in protest and pray in solidarity, as the Bible says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee.”

Thank You Lord, for this day of anointing and blessing, and even though things look bad, it may be impossible with man, but “all things are possible with Christ!” (Applause & shouts) Let us bless one another this day. We repent of the sins of the killing of the unborn, the expulsion of the fathers from the families. We will stand in the gap; we will stand with bravery and courage.

And we will walk! We will walk today around Jericho. Let the walls fall and crumble, and let Your voice be heard, and let the Gospel be preached, and let all people come to salvation.

Let us go back to the true principles of America. And let us once again lift up the red, white and blue for all the world to see as a light on the hill that in the darkness the light would shine brighter. That the holy anointing of the Spirit of God would flood this place and throughout the world in every single heart and mind, kindling within the hearts and minds of men fires that would blow upon the darkness and that would last through the night.

God, give us the power and Your anointing today, for You said, You “have not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” God, You said You would never forsake us, and in this dark hour where dangerous communist forces are encroaching upon this land, let us resist and stand in the gap against unrighteousness, corruption and wickedness, and let Your people be the key that will unlock again the liberty and future destiny of the world.

We thank You! We give You all the praise, glory and honor this day, for we know, You have already secured the victory. “Death, where is thy sting? Grave, where is thy victory?” For Christ has risen from the grave, and he stands with us! The very Savior that raised Lazarus from the grave stands with us today!

So, we ask for your anointing, God, and as we walk, fill us with strength, and courage; fill us with love and sound minds; fill us with discipline; and fill us with bravery at this critical hour.

We give You praise, glory and honor. We thank all the people that are gathered here; please bless their families. We give You all the glory. In Your precious name!

Amen! (Amen) (Applause)
